Your Move-in Checklist

Before you arrive, make sure you’ve checked off everything on your move-in checklist—it's your key to a smooth start at Aperture. From paperwork to payments, everything listed here must be completed by August 1st to ensure you're all set for move-in day.

Pay any outstanding balance on your account

Make sure you pay your first-month’s rent as well as any additional fees.

Bringing a pet? (if applicable)

Don’t forget to complete your PetScreening profile. Even if you are not bringing a furry friend you are still required to complete one.

Upload a copy of your Driver’s License or government-issued ID

Please ensure you submit the front side of your ID with all information visible.

Update your contact information

Confirm your phone number and email address in your resident portal so we can stay in touch!

Add your vehicle information (if applicable)

If you’ve opted into parking, log in to the portal and enter your car’s details to receive your parking pass on time.

Ensure all documents are signed

This includes any required addendums. If you have a guarantor, they may also need to complete their potion on their own resident portal.
